Hotel Safia - Marrakesh

The hotel's decor was not only beautiful but it also included intricate Moroccan design touches, made my stay feel unique and immersive.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit outside our room was broken, leading to sleepless nights due to the constant loud noise.

Spacious and well decorated rooms with the external AC units, a towel, for instance, amazing service.

Professional and really helpful staff, they made my day!!

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a great area, right by the train station, the medina, and Marocco. The location in the heart of the town was perfect and nice. Dined at Delice Ferkouss, it was not too far from the venue.

The staff appeared unhelpful and unfriendly . I encountered issues with a missing breakfast that was supposed to be included, yet the staff attempted to charge extra. The room I was given lacked essential amenities like adequate toiletries.

The hotel offers an excellent view of the Royal Theatre and is just minutes away from local attractions. Rooms are spacious, stylishly decorated, and provide a comforting ambiance perfect for relaxation. Breakfast was a standout feature, showcasing homemade Belgian waffles among a variety of delicious options. Noise from the outside air conditioning unit disrupted a peaceful night's sleep, and there were occasional inconsistencies with the Wi-Fi connectivity which could be improved. A good stay with friendly staff and many appealing facets but with some room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay with an astonishingly comfortable bed and a charmingly decorated room! The only downside was the limited access to power outlets. I'd definitely return!

I enjoyed a pleasant evening after a long journey. The cozy room on the 5th floor offered a respite from the buzzing city. While traffic was noticeable, the city's energy was captivating. A nearby dining spot provided delicious local cuisine. Remember to request airport transport in advance!

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great, being close to the bus terminal, rail station, theatre royal, and the Atlas mountains. it is only a 10-15 minute walk from popular tourist spots like Marrakech Plaza.

The location here was perfect for getting around, with the train station right next to the hotel and a nearby seafood restaurant for a quick bite.
